1. Privacy Policy:


We value your trust. In order to honour that trust, Innerscore adheres to ethical standards in gathering, using and safeguarding any information you provide.
People Combine Basics Private Limited (operating under the brand name Innerscore), is an EdTech company, incorporated in India, for imparting learning. This privacy policy governs your use of the ‘Innerscore' ('Application') and the other associated services managed by the Company. Please read this privacy policy ('Policy') carefully before using the Application, along with the Terms of Use ('ToU') provided on the Application. Your use of the Application or services in connection with the Application, shall signify your acceptance of this Policy and your agreement to be legally bound by the same. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, do not use the Application or avail any of our Services.

2. User Provided Information:


The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register for the Application or Services. When you register with us, you generally provide
  • your name / username, email address, phone number;
  • information you provide us when you contact us for help;
  • information you enter into our system when using the Application / Services such as while asking doubts, participating in discussions and taking tests. The said information collected from the users could be categorized as “Personal Information”, “Sensitive Personal Information” and “Associated Information”. Personal Information, Sensitive Personal Information and Associated Information (each as individually defined under this Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 (the “Data Protection Rules”)) shall collectively be referred to as 'Information' in this Policy. We may use the Information to contact you from time to time, to provide you with the Services, important information, required notices and marketing promotions. We will ask you when we need more information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. We will not differentiate between who is using the device to access the Application or Services, so long as the log in / access credentials match with yours. In order to make the best use of the Application / Services and enable your Information to be captured accurately on the Application / Services, it is essential that you have logged in using your own credentials. We will always provide the option to you to not provide the Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information, which we seek from you. Further, you shall, at any time while using the Application / Services, also have an option to withdraw your consent given earlier to us to use such Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information. Such withdrawal of the consent is required to be sent in writing to us at the contact details provided in this Policy below. In such event, however, the Company fully reserves the right not to allow further usage of the Application or provide any Services thereunder to you.

3. Automatically Collected Information:


In addition, the Application / Services may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application / Services. As is true of most Mobile applications, we also collect other relevant information as per the permissions that you provide.

4. Access to your Personal Information:


We will provide you with the means to ensure that your Personal Information is correct and current. If you have filled out a user profile, we will provide an obvious way for you to access and change your profile from our Application/Services. We adopt reasonable security measures to protect your password from being exposed or disclosed to anyone.

5. User Conduct:


5.1 You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any and all laws, rules, regulations that may apply to your use of the Application and Services.

5.2 In connection with your use of the Application and Services, you may not and you agree that you will not:
  • Violate any local, state, national, or other law or regulation, or any order of a court;
  • Use manual or automated software, devices, scripts, robots, backdoors or other means or processes to access, "scrape," "crawl" or "spider" any web pages or other services contained in the Site, Application, Services or Collective Content;
  • access or use our Site, Application, Services expose or allow to be used or exposed, any Innerscore Content:
    • that is not publicly displayed by Innerscore in its search results pages or listing pages before an enrolment is confirmed;
    • in any way that is inconsistent with the Innerscore’s privacy policy or Terms of Service; or
    • in any way that otherwise violates the privacy rights or any other rights of Innerscore's users or any other third party;
  • use the Application and Services for any commercial or other purposes that are not expressly permitted by these Terms or in a manner that falsely implies Innerscore endorsement, partnership or otherwise misleads others as to your affiliation with Innerscore;
  • dilute, tarnish or otherwise harm the Innerscore brand in any way, including registering and / or using Innerscore or derivative terms in domain names, trade names, trademarks or other source identifiers, or registering and/or using domains names, trade names, trademarks or other source identifiers that closely imitate or are confusingly similar to Innerscore domains, trademarks, taglines, promotional campaigns or Collective Content;
  • infringe the rights of Innerscore or the rights of any other person or entity, including without limitation, their intellectual property, privacy, publicity or contractual right
  • interfere with or damage our Application or Services, including, without limitation, through the use of viruses, cancel bots, Trojan horses, harmful code, flood pings, denial-of-service attacks, backdoors, packet or IP spoofing, forged routing or electronic mail address information or similar methods or technology;
  • use our Site, Application or Services to transmit, distribute, post or submit any information concerning any other person or entity, including without limitation, photographs of others without their permission, personal contact information; use our Application or Services in connection with the distribution of unsolicited commercial email ("spam ") or advertisements unrelated to lodging in a private residence;
  • "stalk" or harass any other user of our Application or Services, or collect or store any personally identifiable information about any other user other than for purposes of transacting as an Innerscore user;
  • recruit or otherwise solicit any Member to join third-party services or websites that are competitive to Innerscore, without Innerscore's prior written approval;
  • recruit or otherwise solicit any Member to join third-party services, applications or websites, without Our prior written approval;
  • impersonate any person or entity, or falsify or otherwise misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • use automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Application or Services;
  • violate these Terms or Innerscore's then-current Policies and or Standards;
  • engage in disruptive, circumventive, abusive or harassing behaviour in any area or aspect of our Platform, Application, or Services;
  • post, upload, publish, submit or transmit any Content that:
    • infringes, misappropriates or violates a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy;
    • violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability;
    • is fraudulent, false, misleading (directly or by omission or failure to update information) or deceptive;
    • is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive;
    • promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group;
    • is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any other person; or
    • promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances;
  • systematically retrieve data or other content from our Application or Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, in single or multiple downloads, a collection, compilation, database, directory or the like, whether by manual methods, through the use of bots, crawlers, or spiders, or otherwise;
  • use, display, mirror or frame the Application or Services or, or any individual element within the Application or Services, in Innerscore’s name, any Innerscore trademark, logo or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page in the Application or Services, without Innerscore's express written consent;
  • access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Application or Services, Innerscore's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Innerscore's providers;
  • attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Innerscore system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;
  • avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble, or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by Innerscore or any of Innerscore's providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect the Application or Services;
  • forge any TCP / IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting, or in any way use the Application or Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information;
  • attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Services or Application;
  • advocate, encourage, or assist any third party in doing any of the foregoing.
  • User Consent: We believe that, every user of our Application / Services must be in a position to provide an informed consent prior to providing any Information required for the use of the Application / Services. By registering with us, you are expressly consenting to our collection, processing, storing, disclosing and handling of your information as set forth in this Policy now and as amended by us. Processing, your information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, sharing, transferring and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in India. If you reside outside India your information will be transferred, processed and stored in accordance with the applicable data protection laws of India.

5.3 Innerscore has the right to fully investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above of the law. In addition, and as set in these Terms, Innerscore may take a range of actions against you, including but not limited to deactivating or cancelling Innerscore Account, for a violation of this Section or these Terms

5.4 Innerscore may access, preserve and disclose any of your information if we are required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to
  • respond to claims asserted against Innerscore or to comply with legal process (for example, summons or warrants),
  • enforce or administer our agreements with users, such as these Terms,
  • for fraud prevention, risk assessment, investigation, customer support, product development and debugging purposes, or
  • protect the rights, property or safety of Innerscore, its users, or members of the public.

5.5 You acknowledge that Innerscore has no obligation to monitor your access to or use of the Application or Services or to review or edit any Member Content, but has the right to do so for the purpose of operating and improving the Application and Services (including without limitation for fraud prevention, risk assessment, investigation and customer support purposes), to ensure your compliance with these Terms, to comply with applicable law or the order or requirement of a court, administrative agency or other governmental body, to respond to content that it determines is otherwise objectionable or as set forth in these Terms.

5.6 Innerscore reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or disable access to Innerscore, at its sole discretion, considers to be objectionable for any reason, in violation of these Terms or otherwise harmful to the Application or Services.

6.Cookies:


We send cookies (small files containing a string of characters) to your computer, thereby uniquely identifying your browser. Cookies are used to track your preferences, help you to login faster, and aggregated to determine user trends. This data is used to improve our offerings, such as providing more content in areas of greater interest to a majority of users. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Some of our features and services may not function properly if your cookies are disabled.

7. Communications / Alerts:



7.1 By using this Application or Services, it is deemed that you have consented to receiving calls, auto dialed and / or pre-recorded messages, calls, e-mails, from us at any time with the use of the telephone number and e-mail address that has been provided by you for the use of this Application which are subject to the Privacy Policy. The user agrees to receive promotional communications and newsletters from the Company and its partners.

7.2 This includes contacting you from the information received through other parties. The use of this application is also your consent to receive SMS’s from us at any time we deem fit. This consent to be contacted is for purposes that include and are not limited to clarification calls, marketing and promotional calls. The user can opt out from such communication and / or newsletters by contacting the customer services team and placing a request for unsubscribing by sending an email to support@innerscore.com.

7.3 We may alert you by email or phone (through SMS / call) to inform you about new service offerings of the Company and its subsidiaries / affiliates or other information which we feel might be useful for you, through the Company or its subsidiaries / affiliates.

7.4 When you send an email or other communication to us, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our Services.

7.5 You may also be contacted by Service Providers with whom we have entered into a contract in furtherance of our rights, duties and obligations under this document and all other policies followed by us. Such contact will be made only in pursuance of such objectives, and no other calls will be made.

7.6 The sharing of the information provided by you will be governed by the Privacy Policy and We will not give out such contact information of yours to the third parties not connected with the Application.

7.7 We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees only who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application / Services / . Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.


8. Reporting Misconduct:


If anyone who you feel is acting or has acted inappropriately, including but not limited to anyone who
  • engages in offensive, violent or sexually inappropriate behaviour, or
  • engages in any other disturbing conduct, you should immediately report such person to the appropriate authorities and then to Innerscore by contacting us with your police station and report number; provided that your report will not obligate us to take any action beyond that required by law (if any) or cause us to incur any liability to you.

9. Feedback:


We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to the Application and Services. You may submit Feedback by emailing us at support@innerscore.com. You acknowledge and agree that all Feedback you give us will be the sole and exclusive property of Innerscore and you hereby irrevocably assign to Innerscore and agree to irrevocably assign to Innerscore all of your right, title, and interest in and to all Feedback, including without limitation all worldwide patent, copyright, trade secret, moral and other proprietary or intellectual property rights therein, and waive any moral rights you may have in such Feedback. At Innerscore's request and expense, you will execute documents and take such further acts as Innerscore may reasonably request to assist Innerscore to acquire, perfect, and maintain its legal protections for the Feedback.

10. Terms and Termination, Suspension and Other Measures:



10.1 Term - This Agreement shall be effective for till the time users access or use the Application or Services or by downloading or posting any content from on the Application or through the Services Until such time when you or Innerscore terminate the Agreement as described below.

10.2 Termination for Convenience - You may terminate this Agreement at any time by sending us an email. Without limiting our rights specified below, Innerscore may terminate this Agreement for convenience at any time via email to your registered email address.

10.3 Termination for breach, suspension and other measures
  • Innerscore may immediately, without notice terminate this Agreement if
    • you have materially breached these Terms or our Policies
    • you have provided inaccurate, fraudulent, outdated or incomplete information during the Innerscore Account registration, or thereafter,
    • you have violated applicable laws, regulations or third party rights, or
    • Innerscore believes in good faith that such action is reasonably necessary to protect the safety or property of other users, Innerscore or third parties, for fraud prevention, risk assessment, security or investigation purposes.
  • In addition Innerscore may deactivate or delay reviews, cancel any pending or confirmed enrolments, limit your use of or access to your Innerscore Account and the Application or Services, temporarily or permanently revoke any special status associated with your Innerscore Account, or temporarily or permanently suspend your Innerscore Account if
    • you have breached these Terms or our Policies, including material and nonmaterial breaches, or
    • Innerscore believes in good faith that such action is reasonably necessary to protect the safety or property of users, Innerscore or third parties, for fraud prevention, risk assessment, security or investigation purposes.
  • c. In case of non-material breaches and where appropriate, you will be given notice of any measure by Innerscore and an opportunity to resolve the issue to Innerscore's reasonable satisfaction.

10.4 Consequences of Termination
  • a. If we take any of the measures described above we may
    • communicate to the users that a pending or confirmed enrolment has been cancelled, and
    • you will not be entitled to any compensation for confirmed enrolments that were cancelled.
  • b. If You or We terminate this Agreement, you are not entitled to a restoration of your Innerscore Account. If your access to or use of the Application and Services has been limited or your Innerscore Account has been suspended or this Agreement has been terminated by us, you may not register a new Innerscore Account or attempt to access and use the Site, Application and Services through other Innerscore Accounts.

11. Survival


If you or we terminate this Agreement, the clauses of these Terms that reasonably should survive termination of the Agreement will remain in effect.


12. General Provisions:



12.1 Notice: All notices served by the Company shall be provided via email to Your account or as a general notification on the Application. Any notice to be provided to the Company should be sent to support@innerscore.com

12.2 Entire Agreement: Except as they may be supplemented by additional Innerscore policies, guidelines, standards, or terms for a specific product, feature, service or offering, these Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between Innerscore and you regarding the Application and Services, and any enrolments made via the Application and Services, and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between Innerscore and you regarding enrolments, the Application and Services.

12.3 Assignment: You cannot assign or otherwise transfer Your obligations under the Terms, or any right granted hereunder to any third party. The Company's rights under the Terms are freely transferable by the Company to any third parties without the requirement of seeking Your consent.

12.4 Severability: If, for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of the parties as reflected by that provision, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

12.5 Waiver: Any failure by the Company to enforce or exercise any provision of the Terms, or any related right, shall not constitute a waiver by the Company of that provision or right.

12.6 Relationship: You acknowledge that Your participation on the Application, does not make You an employee or agency or partnership or joint venture or franchise of the Company.

12.7 The Company provides these Terms so that You are aware of the terms that apply to your use of the Application and Services. You acknowledge that, the Company has given You a reasonable opportunity to review these Terms and that You have agreed to them.

13. Miscellaneous:


13.1 Innerscore shall have no liability of any nature, whether in contract, or otherwise, for any losses whatsoever and howsoever caused, from or in any manner connected with any of the Services provided by us.

13.2 Innerscore is not liable for any failure or delay of performance (or otherwise) arising out of a cause beyond Innerscore’s reasonable control.

13.3 Innerscore reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) provided by us with or without notice. You agree that Innerscore shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of such Services. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates / changes.

13.4 You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the information provided by us, including any intellectual property rights of Innerscore or any person firm or corporation having posted information for availability through the Services provided by us.

13.5 You agree that in the event your post or your information violates any provision of this Terms, we shall have the right to refuse to provide you or any person acting on your behalf, access to the Application, terminate and / or suspend your access if applicable in the future.

14. DISCLAIMER:


14.1 THE APPLICATION AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE COMPANY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE APPLICATION AND THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS. PERFORMANCE, COMPLETENESS, SUITABILITY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ADDITIONALLY, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SITE OR THE APPLICATION OR THE SERVICES. YOUR USE OF ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIALS ON THIS APPLICATION / SERVICES IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK, FOR WHICH WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE. IT SHALL BE YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT SERVICES PROVIDED BY US MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

14.2 CONTENT AVAILABLE ON INNERSCORE IS TAKEN FROM MULTIPLE WEBSITES AND RESOURCES AND WE DO NOT CLAIM ANY OWNERSHIP OF THAT CONTENT AND CONTENT POSTED BY USERS ON THE APP IS OWNED BY INNERSCORE.
